DB Data Difftective is a powerful and easy-to-use database compare tool, designed to simplify the synchronization data of your databases. DB Data Difftective can compare the data for selected tables in two databases, view differences and synchronize quickly and safely. With flexible comparison and synchronization settings the user can set up a customized comparison key and select tables and fields for comparison and for synchronization.

 

DB Data Difftective can be used for data migrations, verification of (corrupt) data and data auditing. It supports the synchronization of tables with different names and/or in different schemas.

DB Schema Difftective

DB Schema Difftective is a tool for comparison and synchronization of database schemas; it will quickly find the structure differences between two databases. DB Schema Difftective compares and synchronizes tables, views, functions, sequences (generators), stored procedures, triggers and constraints between two databases.

 

DB Schema Difftective shows the full picture of all database differences. Once the databases are compared, the user can view the differences and generate the necessary (database specific) synchronization script to update the destination database and make it identical to the source database.

Both DB Schema Difftective and DB Data Difftective are available as a 32-bit application. The products are available for Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, XP and Vista. A DB Difftective product requires a minimum of 16MB RAM. Disk space requirements are 6 MB.

The DB Difftectives are available in 6 editions:

* a MultiDB Edition (support for Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, InterBase/Firebird and PostgreSQL databases).

* an Oracle Edition.

* a MS SQL Server Edition.

* a MySQL Edition.

* an InterBase/Firebird Edition.

DB Schema Difftective and its companion DB Data Difftective are also available in a bundle called the DB Difftective Bundle.
